In the early days of this website we went on many trips North of Fan Francisco to visit our friends at MedicalToys.com. The owners of this business were Doctor Wood and his wife Nurse Laural. Dr. Wood was a highly respected medical professional, and his job was to answer all the intimate questions the customers had about their strange and kinky products. (we understand that Dr Wood received his medical training from watching videos on YouTube) Nurse Laural was responsible for building and maintained the website, and keeping the office running. During their heyday, Dr. Wood and Nurse Laural pioneered the sale of medical gear to the kink community. Before MedicalToys, it wasn't easy for kinksters to buy gear which were used by medical professionals. During the peak of MedicalToys, low cost medical gear from overseas started to become available, so many other kinky retailers jumped into the market that MedicalToys had originally pioneered. In any case, this video was shot in the back room of MedicalToys and gives you a good look at the serious bondage chair. I built this chair for myself around 2006, and never thought it would become so popular. In this video, the addition of a hood, mitts, posture collar and noise reduction headphones served to enhance my subject's helpless chair experience. As you can see, the chair is rather compact. I was slender at the time I built the chair and felt no reason to build it any bigger to accommodate other people. The chair has a self-locking feature which retracts and locks the wrist straps, but that is not shown in this video. We put the chair on a lazy Susan platform so it could be easily rotated. With Dr. Wood's help, we were able to hook my subject to an old heartrate monitor. Naturally MedicalToys would have such a device on hand. This was just the beginning of a full week of bondage. We started with Bind's custom built cage. It seemed like a good idea to put the vertical heavy cage on top filled with a neoprene encased Mumman. The final layer was Chuck all leathered up and humanely strapped to the top. This is an extensive 3-part interview I did with our friend Max of Maxcita.com at his home in Ottawa Canada back in 2009. If you're interested in bondage history or buying some of his gear you might enjoy this video. Max is quite a character, and he's a true kinkster and bondage nut like the rest of us. It's interesting to meet the various kinky manufacturers of gear from around the world. The total bondage market is not big enough to support large manufacturers, so we rely on the small guys like Max, StudioGum, Dungeon Delights, MD-Latex. Even bigger businesses like Mr S are actually not much bigger than businesses run out of someone's garage. Making fetish gear is a labor of love. You have to have an interest in fetish and kink in order to manufacture gear that appeals to other fetishists and kinksters. Our visitor 'RubCop'(Recon) from Europe was about to fly back home after a visit. We had done many sessions of hot rubber and leather bondage, but it was all coming to an end. My love for total sensory deprivation had spiced up his interest. I have a style that sent him into a super deep place he had not experienced for years. We had done a leather session in the bondage chair that was nothing short of profound. This was a rubber session that proved to reach even deeper places. I will miss our friend because of this connection. We sent him off with a smile on his face and calm in his eyes. We made plans to continue our journey on another visit. This is another video from our archives, featuring our friend Mister X (FetLife and Recon) and a very cool steel bondage crib. We call it the crib because it's just like a child's crib, only a lot bigger and heavier. It was built by Martin at Cuff24.com, and it's massive size and vertical bars make it excellent for bondage. In this video the crib is located in a big warehouse at MedicalToys.com in Northern California. Mister X uses a set of heavy wrist and ankle shackles to secure himself, that I had purchased years ago at the Folsom Street Fair. To me, the idea of chaining myself up in this crib the way Mister X did is very exciting. I love bondage that's heavy, overwhelming, and completely overkill. As you watch this video, listen to the sound of the metal chains and the crib as they clank together. The other nice thing about this crib is the red cushion. The crib was actually built to fit around the cushion, not the other way around. Mister X looks so awesome in his black leather against the red. Once Mister X had secured himself, Dalton and I lifted the cover of the crib and set it in place. Once again, listen to the metal as the cover is positioned. The only thing missing from this scene is that the cover of the crib doesn't lock. Martin was in a rush to deliver the crib and didn't put any hinges or locks on the cover. The crib was hauled all over California as different people played with it in their dungeons. As of April 2020, the crib is located in the NoEscapeDungeon in Las Vegas, and the cover still doesn't lock. But hopefully I'm going to fix this myself sometime this year! This is a fun scene we did during our SeriousBondage adventure to Yossie's infamous BlackSteel Correctional Facility. We took advantage of having two horizontal cages at hand, so we were able to store away two bound guys at the same time. The bottom cage is what we call our 'Bondage Crib' which is a welded solid steel assembly that weighs around 800 pounds. It was made by our friend Martin at RigidCuff and is a fantastic bondage device. The top cage was made for our friend Bind by a job shop in Southern California, and only cost him $300. What a great deal! Anyway, our friend MumMan was in the Maxcita sleepsack and rubber gas-mask hood in the bottom Crib, and Bind was in Humane Restraints and another gas-mask hood in the top cage. It's always fun to get together with guys who like bondage, and there was very little time during our trip that someone wasn't tied up. Fun!

I still have to hand it to Maxcita, his new piece of bondage gear is easy to use and extremely effective. At around $200 bucks I can't think of a better bondage gear purchase. This simple set of straps turns any sleepsack into a total immobilizing experience. It can quickly store in a pillowcase or under the bed. I love the versatility to be able to restrain large and small people. A few extra straps, bungee cords, or rope allow you to secure this to any table or bed. A few small tweaks and more straps would make this perfect, but that is my more is more nature speaking.

I had thought about doing this for some time. The heavy canvas Maxcita bag is a reliable well made piece of gear that I trust. It is built for inverted suspension, all I needed was a volunteer with the ability to endure it. The guy I chose was fit, into yoga, and a practitioner of heavy bondage. He works as an energy healer so he understands how the body works. The twin hoists made inversion easy for one person. He spent a long time upside down. He said it was a great way to meditate. I'm sure he achieved a new level of enlightenment. I also noticed he achieved a rather large throbbing boner.

The idea of having seven or eight guys together in one place with all of their rubber and bondage gear is a thing of fantasy. Well these guys wasted no time getting into their gear and tying each other up. Maxcita was there with several pieces of his vacuum gear. This is state of the art quality gear second to none. Max was really into this scene and he almost wore out the boys that volunteered for a Maxcita experience. Ed did a tape job and Dalton did a strap job. This was a very long day with every room filled with play.

Bind is a guy who just can't get enough bondage. After days and days of bondage he still wanted more. Mumman another guy who can't get enough bondage put him down for the night. The vertical cage and padded board were perfect for this scene plus a few Humane Restraint straps. The cage was locked with heavy locks, but more is always more better. A set of Rigid Cuff multi chain cuffs topped off this night time bondage. In the morning a trip to a local diner did not stop the bondage.

The late Jim Steward was the first to produce the classic sleepsack design. I was lucky to fine one of these early designs. This one is made in a beautiful chocolate canvas and tan leather combination. The design is identical to the leather models produced now by Fetters and Mr S Leather. We photographed it for a documentary that will air on the Discovery Science channel that will be out late this year or early next year. Felix was our reluctant model, I can’t imagine a better fit.

Mister X was eager and a little leery to try my new pipe stand. I say something similar in a picture floating around the net. It was configured to a woman so I altered it a bit to fit a man. This was my first attempt and it went fairly well. The second session was a new item for sale at Maxcita.com. It is a very effective strap system that can be used naked or in a sleepsack. This is a great addition to a sleepsack without anchor points. It works well on a bed without the sides being anchored. I ran rope from the top to the bottom under the bed. This is a great item to make any bed a proper bondage playground. It will store away easily.

OVERWHELMING BONDAGE EXPERIENCE GALLERY: 437 / DATE: Nov 27 2012 / IMAGES: 33 / VIDEOS: 1


The first time I met our subject was about twenty minutes before he put on his rubber and we began to begin his session. MummyEd gave him a short tour and I helped him pick out a piece of gear and before he knew what it the process began. We chose the large gingerbread board because he wanted to be completely immobilized. The first layer was a full coverage rubber catsuit and hood. The second was an extra thick layer of pallet wrap followed by layer of duct tape. We incorporated boxing gloves for very effective hand bondage. The head gear works very well for head bondage after applying a posture collar. This was actually new for our subject. He told us of lighter bondage sessions and some solo sessions that were not actually bondage because he could get out. I overheard this in his conversation with MummyEd earlier, so turning up the volume was in order. We did wrap him exceptionally tight, but the silence mixed with soft groans said it was okay. He was wearing ear plugs and a blindfold so I thought suspending him would take him even farther into subspace. After a while I could sense his body was starting to get uncomfortable and bring him back a little. I always enjoy changing things to help my subjects drift off again. I began to wrap his body with wide leather straps. Later he thanked me for this attention. Our friend was brought back slowly as we systematically removed the bondage. He emerged weak, speechless, and very high. He was unable to say anything for some times.
